Please install the MiniDump extension, launch Pegasus Mail until it "hangs" and finally start PMDebug Snapshot from MiniDump's Start menu group. Since you won't be able to send the resulting report without successfully launching Pegasus Mail you either need to (temporarily) remove all CNM files from your new mail directory before starting Pegasus Mail again (assuming you're using preview mode) or revert to the original 4.62 install (Pegasus Mail's English installer can be opened with most ZIP archivers for extracting single files so you don't need to run it, especially since it won't override a newer IERenderer.dll). If the issue is caused by IERenderer you may also uninstall the renderer using the proper Windows software uninstall screen (via control panel).
Please create a MiniDump report first in any case since I need to know what exactly is causing this. You may also submit the resulting file via web mailer to beta-reports [at] pmail.gen.nz: The dump file is created in your machine's TEMP directory (usually something like C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Temp) and looks like this: 2011-12-20#13-47-20-609.dmp or 2011-12-20#13-47-20-609.cab (the compressed version, if it isn't compressed (DMP extension) please ZIP it up). BTW: I'd like to investigate this issue ASAP because of the (very) imminent v4.63 release.
