• Re: Sending mail to non-local adress

Perhaps I'm missing something really basic here, but I really don't understand this. How is the email for your domain 'testdomain.com' set up? And, what is in place that you need to forward mail for a user to the same domain, to a different server? I'd just like to understand your set up.

easyPOS:Thank you Rolf for your answer. Can you tell me in a short answer what kind of a rule i have to make en where i have to do that. Configuration > Filtering Rules > Edit global rules... > Headers and then choose the criteria you want the rule to work on. For example, if you want mail received for test3@testdomain.com to be ...

  • Superuser?

I'm a little sad to say our charity is moving over to Office 365, which means that all staff will be moving over to Outlook. We have been using Pegasus Mail since the mid 90's and Mercury for at least 10 years. This is still in the planning stage, and one of the things I need to do is use IMAP to migrate email accounts from Mercury/32 to ...

  • Re: Sending mail to non-local adress

If Mercury/32 manages the mail for testdomain.com it will look at the list of local users for any mail account name address that ends in testdomain.com. Where were you expecting the mail message to be delivered to?

  • Re: Pegasus hangs on startup

Are you certain it was a Critical update and not a Feature update? Critical updates provide essential protection against vulnerabilities. Features are just that - features. There have been several issues with Microsoft's recent feature update (which is a Windows 10 Upgrade). If you have problems caused by a critical update you should inform ...

  • Re: Images don't print

lhhesscpa:I gather you mean that what I am experiencing is normal behavior. As mentioned above there are several ways to print, and each employs different methods to render your document before it is sent to the printer. The built-in print processor (File - Print, or the Print icon on the toolbar), is fine for simple messages, but when it comes ...

  • Re: Images don't print

Beneath the Pegasus Mail menu are a row of icons on a toolbar. The last icon at the right edge (using the Business User toolbar) shows the Pegasus horse over an Internet Explorer E. Click this and a drop-down menu should appear. One of the options is print current message (Ctrl+Shift+P). If you can use it, it will display a preview with images ...

  • Re: Drag and Drop

I suspect that you have a heirarchical folder system and that there are sub folders located off different trays that use the same folder name. 2017 | Accounts 2018 | Accounts You will find that copying messages into accounts will not necessarily end up in the folder you thought it would go to. You need to ...
